Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note that customized items are only returnable in the case of defects.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will communicate the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
We will cover any associated shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund upon receipt of the returned product.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
