We can only accept items that are in their original, unused condition, complete with tags and packaging.
Customized items are eligible for return or exchange only if they have manufacturing defects.
Process for Returns and Exchanges:

Include your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange in your communication.
Shipping Instructions: Once you receive your RMA number, please pack the item(s) securely and include any original documentation.
We will provide you with the shipping address for returns.
Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to a mistake on our part.
